Job summary

Biogen is seeking a senior innovator to shape its commercialization strategy and growth. You will drive AI-enabled opportunities, redesign operating models, and collaborate across marketing, medical affairs, and leadership to scale high-impact solutions.

With 12+ years in healthcare and an MBA preferred, you will lead cross-functional programs, assess feasibility, and measure ROI to accelerate Biogen's growth across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in healthcare/pharma/biotech or healthcare consulting.
• Broad experience across healthcare commercial disciplines.
• Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems.
• Ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
• Proven cross-functional project management with external partners.
• Ideally working knowledge of AI/ML in healthcare and EHR/digital health tools.
• Familiarity with U.S. access and reimbursement dynamics.
• Experience designing scalable operating models with ROI impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Biogen’s commercial strategy and growth drivers.
• Identify bold ideas and opportunities to keep Biogen at the forefront.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with goals.
• Identify and scale AI-enabled solutions to shorten diagnosis paths.
• Re-architect how work gets done using AI and new operating models.
• Lead evaluation and scaling of new technologies with franchises and functions.
• Build measurement methods to track ROI and run-rate value.
• Engage external stakeholders to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Build relationships with innovators and potential partners.
