As the Associate Director of Data Science & AI, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting‑edge machine learning and AI solutions that drive data‑driven decision‑making across our U.S. Commercial organization. Collaborating closely with teams from Insights & Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, Information Technology, and Medical Affairs, you will create predictive models and analytical tools that provide actionable insights into patient populations and healthcare provider behaviors. With a strong background in biotech commercial operations and expertise in AI, you will deliver timely and innovative solutions that inform strategic decisions and accelerate commercial growth. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of our data science initiatives and enhancing our impact on the healthcare industry.
Lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions for the U.S. Commercial function. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to gain insights into patient populations, healthcare provider behavior, and commercial opportunities. Establish and follow best practices for model development, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement. Develop advanced analytics and AI solutions to generate actionable insights into patient and provider behavior and treatment patterns. Create predictive models supporting patient identification, treatment initiation, adherence, and provider engagement strategies. Integrate and analyze claims, EHR, and commercial data to improve patient access and commercial effectiveness. Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Insights & Analytics teams to translate insights into evidence‑based business strategies. Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams. Lead and mentor data scientists and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Manage external vendors and consulting partners as needed. Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment, managing multiple initiatives with high‑quality execution.

Management
The base compensation range for this role is: $170,000.00-$233,750.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
