Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree with 0–2 years of experience and working knowledge of generative AI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data-informed strategy and workforce development is preferred.
• Ability to design experiential formats beyond traditional internships.
• Experience building industry partnerships and employer relations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design experiential formats beyond traditional internships (micro-internships, project-based learning).
• Build and manage employer partnerships across engineering, health care, and technology sectors.
• Create scalable matching solutions for students and employers using data/AI.
• Direct student programming to enhance workplace readiness for careers aligned with regional needs.
• Define metrics for student outcomes and workforce impact in collaboration with campus partners.
• Collaborate with alumni engagement and external partners to support programming.
