Job summary

Mack Molding Company in the United States seeks a strategic Director of Enterprise Systems & Digital Transformation to own ERP/MRP governance, lead ERP evaluation, and shape AI strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, finance and operations.

This senior leader will drive data integrity, build cross‑functional partnerships, oversee IT and cybersecurity governance, and translate emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive ERP/MRP governance and data integrity experience.
• Experience leading ERP evaluations and roadmaps across manufacturing.
• Proven ability to define and drive AI strategies in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to partner across Finance, Purchasing, Operations and Quality to implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP/MRP governance, data integrity, and system usage across functions.
• Lead ERP evaluation activities, current-state analysis, and vendor assessments.
• Define and lead AI strategy, pilot AI-enabled tools, and expansion plans.
• Provide strategic IT & cybersecurity oversight and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Serve as primary systems partner to Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to optimize processes.
