Rose City Nursing and Rehabilitation in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Services to lead all environmental services operations within our skilled nursing facility. Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in environmental services.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical or long-term care setting is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, and oversee all functions of the Environmental Services Department.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly facility at all times.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available, maintained, and operational.
• Conduct daily rounds to evaluate staff performance and compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Enforce department policies, fire and disaster procedures, and Universal Precautions.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support Environmental Services staff.
• Be flexible to provide hands-on support or fill shifts when needed.
