Rose City Nursing and Rehabilitation in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead all environmental services operations within our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all functions of the Environmental Services Department.
• Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition at all times.
• Verify that required equipment and supplies are available, properly maintained, and operational.
• Conduct daily rounds to evaluate staff performance and compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
• Enforce departmental policies, fire and disaster procedures, safety rules, and Universal Precautions.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support Environmental Services staff to meet operational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Be flexible to provide hands-on support or fill shifts when operational needs require.

Facility: Rose City Nursing and Rehabilitation
Location: Lancaster, PA
Position Type: Full-Time | Salary Position

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Must be flexible to fill in shifts as needed

Compensation:
$20–$23 per hour, based on experience
Negotiable for candidates with extensive experience
