Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Greenville in Greenville, PA is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead the facility's environmental services, laundry, housekeeping, maintenance and transportation operations, ensuring resident safety and high-quality service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Director of Environmental Services is responsible for the operation and overseeing the laundry, housekeeping, maintenance and transportation departments along with the security and safety of the facility, residents and staff. He/she is responsible for performing repairs and Environmental Services on equipment. Other responsibilities of the position include ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and performing regular daily, weekly and monthly Environmental Services checks in accordance with policy and Life Safety regulations. The Director of Environmental Services follows established safety rules and policies and procedures of the Environmental Services department, keeps required records and submits them to the Administrator.

This position requires supervisory abilities, along with extensive knowledge of institutional Maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and transportation operations, including supplies ordering, cleaning procedures, and equipment operation.

Education/Experience:
