WME seeks a Director, Entertainment Strategy to join a dedicated team responsible for day-to-day servicing of clients (brand). This role shapes and executes high-impact entertainment and content strategies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in entertainment marketing, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in developing strategic plans, partnerships, and cross-platform initiatives for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, public relations, finance, or psychology) is required.
• 8+ years of entertainment marketing experience.
• Established relationships across the entertainment industry.
• Deep knowledge of the entertainment industry, including Gen Z/Millennial content and talent across TV and film.
• Proven ability to provide strategic insights across multiple projects and drive results.
• Strong pitching and presentation skills with the ability to develop and deliver compelling information and recommendations.
• Strong creative and strategic business development capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, relationship management, and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market while managing multiple client priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute strategic recommendations and comprehensive strategies for brands and talent across entertainment platforms.
• Develop and present creative briefs and strategic recommendations on long-term accounts and projects.
• Proven track record in content creation and execution, including originals and branded content.
• Lead day-to-day brand and talent needs to achieve deliverables and growth.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to multiple business units and client teams.
• Support new business development, including pitch ideation and presentations.
• Collaborate with WME Insights to identify trends and competitive landscape.
• Leverage industry relationships to drive objectives and partnerships.
• Collaborate across WME Group to share insights and build internal relationships.
• Lead internal and external communications to senior leadership.
