Job summary

WME Group is seeking a Director in Entertainment Marketing & Advisory in New York to lead the development of commercial narratives, client-facing materials and strategic BD initiatives that drive growth across the department.

You will collaborate with agents, EM&A specialists, creative teams and business stakeholders to transform client opportunities into compelling, revenue-driving solutions and position the department for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in entertainment marketing or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of pitches, proposals and client presentations from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with agents, BD, creative services, and leadership to shape recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client recommendations and development efforts.
• Lead enterprise positioning, narrative and executive messaging across the department.
• Partner with Creative Services to ensure high-quality design and deliverables.
• Design scalable workflows, templates and operating procedures for BD efforts.
• Maintain a centralized repository of pitches, case studies and best practices.
• Present strategic recommendations in client meetings to build credibility.
