Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise systems architecture, administration, or integration.
• Leadership: demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing technical personnel or cross-functional project teams.
• Technical Acumen: deep understanding of enterprise architectures, MSSQL, and modern system integration methodologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT).
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects from initiation through adoption.
• Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts for non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap, architecture standards, and lifecycle management for the University’s ERP and related enterprise systems.
• Translate institutional priorities into operational plans, service levels, and measurable technology outcomes.
• Establish SOPs and robust change-management protocols.
• Champion modern software and integration practices ensuring system availability, security, and data integrity.
