Qualifacts Systems Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Software to lead architecture and delivery for enterprise services from a Tampa or Nashville base. You will set the technical vision, raise engineering standards, and build high‑performing teams across product, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure.

You will mentor architects, drive non‑functional requirements, and own KPIs around health, velocity, and quality while aligning platforms with modern cloud‑native strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years leading software architecture and large-scale teams.
• 15+ years hands‑on experience building scalable web and mobile software.
• Proven experience with MDD and DDD in delivery environments.
• Strong background in containerized microservices and serverless apps.

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture vision, standards, and guidelines.
• Lead cross‑functional engineering teams with QA, PM, DevOps, and Infra partners.
• Ensure non‑functional requirements: scalability, performance, security, observability.
• Own delivery excellence and drive continuous improvements in quality and velocity.
• Communicate goals and progress across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
