Job summary

SolutionHealth seeks a Director to lead Infrastructure Application Services, directing enterprise infrastructure platforms that enable clinical, operational, and analytical capabilities.

You will oversee reporting platforms (Epic Caboodle, Clarity, Tableau), integrations (Epic Bridges, Rhapsody, Workday), and Epic technical infrastructure services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of progressive technical experience in enterprise technology and healthcare IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Healthcare/Business or related field, or equivalent substantial progressive work experience.
• Experience leading architecture, infrastructure, and integration teams.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for domain architects, engineers, analysts, and teams requiring advanced guidance.
• Provide expert-level analysis and design guidance for complex enterprise technology needs.
• Apply ITIL, architecture, engineering, security, and service management principles to guide decisions.
• Serve as the technical architecture authority across clinical systems, imaging, and core infrastructure.
• Translate enterprise and clinical strategy into architecture patterns and designs.
