Job summary

HCLTech in the United States (Florida) is seeking a Service Delivery Director to lead end-to-end non-SAP application development, delivery, and managed services. You will manage large cross-functional teams and drive modernization, automation, and strong governance across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

The role requires 12+ years of IT leadership, strong executive communication, and broad delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from discovery through design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
• Govern scope, estimates, plans, milestones, risks, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Oversee development across web, mobile, APIs, cloud, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Ensure architecture, security, coding, testing, and deployment standards are followed.
• Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, CI/CD, test automation, and productivity.
• Coordinate business, product, architecture, infrastructure, security, vendor, and operations teams.
• Own L1-L3 application support, SLA targets, incidents, requests, problems, changes, and minor releases.
• Lead major-incident response, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor capacity, performance, patching, backup, DR, and service continuity.
• Manage transition-to-support, knowledge transfer, runbooks, and hypercare exit.
• Lead distributed teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, project management, and support.
• Forecast demand, capacity planning, resource fulfilment, utilization, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, audit, data privacy, and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and business value.
