Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Director of Security Technology Operations to steer enterprise security technology strategy, governance, and service delivery across the United States, India, and affiliated geographies. The role leads access control, video surveillance, and related security services for a vast, complex environment.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, vendors, and real estate security standards while collaborating with Security, Real Estate, IT, Procurement, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressive experience in security technology or enterprise tech.
• Experience leading an enterprise security technology portfolio across offices/regions.
• Experience with access control, badging, video surveillance, monitoring, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategy, operating model, governance, and roadmap for Deloitte’s security technology portfolio.
• Oversee access control, video surveillance, badging, sensors, monitoring, reporting, and related services across U.S., India, and affiliates.
• Direct security tech support for construction projects, office openings, and real estate coordination.
• Govern security applications, platforms, reporting, and service tools with escalation for outages.
