Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Director, Global Security Technology to lead strategy, architecture, and operating models for its enterprise physical security technology platforms, ensuring scalable, resilient, and integrated capabilities across the business.

The role partners with EDT, Real Estate, Procurement, HR, Legal, Privacy, and Regional Security to embed security tech in site design and processes, while leveraging data and analytics to enhance resilience globally.

Qualifications

• Leads the strategy, architecture, and operating model for a global portfolio of enterprise physical security technology platforms.
• Provides strategic leadership for the Technology Security Center of Excellence (TSCoE) and governs lifecycle of security tech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Digital & Technology (EDT), Global Real Estate & Facilities, Procurement, HR, Legal, Privacy, and Regional Security leaders to align physical security technologies with enterprise architecture.
• Leverage emerging technologies, automation, and analytics to strengthen decision-making, operational consistency, and business resilience globally.
• Oversee architecture, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of enterprise security technology solutions.
