Job summary

You will shape ERM strategy, oversee insurance programs across all lines, and guide claims, litigation, and contract risk transfer efforts in collaboration with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Serve as the senior advisor to executive leadership on risk exposure, mitigation strategies, and emerging threats.
• Oversee the design, placement, and administration of the company’s corporate insurance program across all lines of coverage.
• Lead annual insurance renewals, program structure decisions, and long-term risk financing strategies.
• Establish claims handling strategies, reserve methodologies, and settlement authority protocols.
• Partner with legal on contract review standards and risk transfer strategies.
• Embed risk management expectations into project phases including pursuit, estimating, and closeout.
