Job summary

DTCC is seeking an Enterprise Resiliency Office Director to lead the firm’s critical resilience capabilities across incident management, business continuity, and governance. You will coordinate with business, technology, risk, and legal teams to ensure services stay available during disruptions.

Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to translate complex issues for executives are essential for success in this role at DTCC.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operational resilience, incident management or business continuity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise resiliency priorities across products, services, tech and ops.
• Oversee incident and crisis response during major disruptions.
• Shape communications to executives and stakeholders during events.
• Drive post-incident reviews, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with risk, legal, and operations to maintain critical services.
