Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Director of Enterprise Resilience & Crisis Management to build and lead the company’s capability to anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from significant disruptions. Location is Nashville, TN with a hybrid work model.

The role reports to the VP of Operational Excellence & Transformation and emphasizes leadership over compliance, driving risk mitigations across supply chain, manufacturing, cyber, and external events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise resilience, business continuity, crisis management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, industrial technology, or global supply chains.
• Experience working with senior executives during disruptions or crisis simulations.

Responsibilities

• Build Nextpower's enterprise resilience framework, governance, standards, and executive reporting.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise crisis management framework with escalation protocols and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead preparedness through business impact assessments, continuity planning, executive exercises, and simulations.
• Oversee the enterprise resilience Center of Excellence and coordinate with regional resilience leads.
