Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Operations, this senior role drives ERP deployment, quote-to-cash redesign, and acquisition integration from concept through completion. The position requires 15+ years in corporate operations with 7+ years at director level, a strong executive presence, and a proven ability to influence large cross-functional teams across global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in corporate operations, transformation, or program leadership.
• 7+ years at director level or above.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Influence and lead large cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong executive presence with senior leadership credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of major cross-functional initiatives (ERP deployment, quote-to-cash redesign, M&A integration).
• Define program structure, milestones, and governance across functions and geographies.
• Serve as escalation point to unblock stalled initiatives.
• Design and continuously improve enterprise business processes.
• Establish KPIs and governance to sustain improvements post go-live.
• Align leaders across Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Engineering on priorities.
