Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Director of Corporate Operations to lead enterprise-scale transformation, drive process discipline, and operational rigor as the company scales. Reporting to the SVP, this role shapes an enterprise operating model and mobilizes large cross-functional teams to deliver major programs from concept to completion.

The position demands executive presence with the ability to work in the boardroom and guide execution teams, in a fast-growing semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate operations or transformation.
• 7+ years at director level or above.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional initiatives (ERP deployment, quote-to-cash redesign, M&A integration).
• Define program structure, milestones, and governance across functions and geographies.
• Serve as senior escalation point to resolve stalled initiatives.
• Design and continuously improve enterprise processes to support rapid growth.
• Establish KPIs and governance to sustain post-go-live improvements.
• Build consensus across Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Engineering and other functions.
