Job summary

SiTime Corp. seeks a Head of Enterprise AI Applications to define and execute AI-powered solutions across the company. You will lead development, deployment, and scaling of AI apps that drive measurable business outcomes across Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and Marketing.

This is a hands-on leadership role building a high-performing team and driving company-wide AI adoption. You will own end-to-end AI solutions, govern deployments, and collaborate with IT, Product, and Business Applications to

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software or AI solutions, with 4+ years in AI/ML and 2+ years leading applied-AI teams.
• Proven track record shipping agentic AI solutions to production at scale.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio).
• Experience driving AI adoption, change management, and enablement across an organization.
• Experience architecting full-stack AI solutions and integrating with core business systems (CRM, ERP).
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agents, and evaluation methods.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to lead complex integrations.
• Proven ability to hire, lead, and develop high-performing technical teams.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to executives and end users.

Responsibilities

• Set the AI applications strategy and roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Build agentic AI across Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, etc., to automate workflows.
• Drive AI adoption through change management, training, and enablement.
• Own end-to-end AI solutions, choosing appropriate LLMs and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Lead production AI initiatives from prototype to scaled deployment.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, Product, and Engineering to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Embed AI into core enterprise systems with governance and compliance in mind.
• Establish evaluation, testing, and monitoring for model performance, latency, and cost.
• Oversee model and platform stack, including governance and risk controls.
• Drive responsible AI with safety, privacy, bias, and governance standards.
• Stay current on AI landscape and advise leadership on investments.
• Manage vendor relationships for AI tooling and services.
