Job summary

Prisma Health Corporate Office in the United States seeks an experienced senior leader to drive End User Computing (EUC) services across multiple markets. You will set strategy, standardize endpoints, and oversee engineering and field operations to deliver reliable, secure user technology.

Reporting to ITS Technology and Innovation, you will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams while improving service delivery and ITSM processes to support clinical and business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience in a large, multi-site organization.
Experience leading End User Computing, endpoint engineering, or workplace technology services.

Responsibilities

Defines and leads the enterprise EUC strategy, including endpoint architecture and user experience.
Oversees field support across multiple markets, ensuring consistent service delivery.
Leads Client Engineering for endpoint architecture, device standards, and deployment frameworks.
Manages device lifecycle, provisioning, refresh cycles, asset management, and automation.
Drives mobility tech, peripheral devices, and ITSM-aligned incident response.
