Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Enterprise Data Platform to lead the Snowflake-based data foundation and related data systems that power OmniAnalyst, OmniInsights, and other data products. You will define capabilities, governance, and a multi-year roadmap to ensure scalable, secure, and trusted data products across the enterprise.

You will serve as the primary intake and prioritization point for platform requests, aligning stakeholders and ensuring business value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field required.
• Advanced degree a plus.
• Snowflake certification preferred (SnowPro Core/Advanced).

Responsibilities

• Define platform capabilities for enterprise data foundation with governance and data quality standards.
• Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for the enterprise data platform starting with Snowflake.
• Own intake, prioritization, and governance for platform initiatives with transparent prioritization frameworks.
• Drive platform delivery with engineering, governance, andFinOps partners to meet roadmap commitments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform supports analytics, data science, and AI workloads.
