Job summary

Intapp is seeking an Applied AI Architect to lead end-to-end deployments of frontier AI models and agentic workflows, embedding with customer teams to solve real-world problems beyond standard product capabilities.

You will drive adoption with enterprise stakeholders, shape AI roadmaps through real-world feedback, and work across Product, Research, Security, and GTM teams to ensure measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems into production, including LLM-based apps, and understanding model behavior impact on product performance and user experience.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders; ability to translate technical concepts into business value and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI deployments from discovery to production rollout.
• Embed with customer teams to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and drive adoption.
• Support complex integrations across data platforms, APIs, and AI models.
• Balance scope, speed, and quality to protect delivery timelines and outcomes.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Codify successful patterns into reusable tools and playbooks for scalability.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Research based on real-world usage.
