Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of AI Engineering to lead the design, development, and deployment of production AI capabilities within Fuelight 360. You will partner with Product, Data Science, and Core Technology teams to translate enterprise AI strategy into scalable solutions.

You will drive MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps, establish engineering standards, and coach teams to deliver high-impact AI capabilities that improve decision support, planning, and automation across Coca-Cola's

Qualifications

8+ years in software or AI engineering with production AI delivery.
5+ years leading engineering teams and delivering multi-product solutions.
Experience with generative AI, LLMs, intelligent agents, and ML systems.
Experience across matrixed organizations and product roadmaps.
Strong knowledge of responsible AI, security, governance, and privacy.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and operationalize AI capabilities within Fuelight 360.
Lead architecture, integration, and deployment of AI models and agents.
Drive MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, observability, and governance.
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Core Technology teams.
Coach and grow AI engineering teams and establish standards.
Ensure compliance with governance and privacy requirements.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technical discipline
