Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a hands-on AI engineering leader to drive production AI solutions on Azure OpenAI, Databricks and Python. You will own architecture, provide technical guidance, and ensure secure, scalable deployments while coaching a senior team of engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software, AI, ML or platform engineering, including 5+ years leading engineering teams or functions.
• Production generative AI and agentic solutions delivered at enterprise scale — RAG, vector search, agents with tool calling.
• Communicating technical vision to non-technical executives in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and delivery of production AI solutions on Azure OpenAI, Databricks and Python.
• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers, setting standards and career development.
• Run governance, security, privacy and access control for AI to earn executive trust.
