Alpha is recruiting a Head of Enrollment Operations to oversee the full enrollment pathway, from inquiry to onboarding, ensuring alignment and credibility of the Alpha model.

Based in California, this on-site role manages 20+ concurrent engagements, guides discovery conversations, and maintains rigorous CRM/SIS records to forecast enrollment quality and student impact. Relocation within 60 days is required; weekly pay through CrossOver is offered as part of a six-figure package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial engagement through onboarding completion.
• Experience concurrently stewarding 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization methodology.
• Capacity to share specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your offering when alignment was absent.
• Professional written correspondence experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the complete enrollment pathway for prospective families, from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before proposing options or advising on subsequent actions.
• Coordinate 20+ concurrent family engagements across varying enrollment phases with transparent status tracking.
• Direct campus visits, shadow programs, and enrollment dialogues that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profile.
• Ensure precise CRM and enrollment database management (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting accuracy, priority setting, and experience consistency.
