  • Identify opportunities to improve the prospective-family experience from initial inquiry through enrollment.
  • Track recruitment activity, inquiries, applications, enrollment, and other relevant metrics to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Student Retention - Stability

  • Develop appropriate intervention and follow-up processes for families who may be considering leaving the school.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for students and parents by helping ensure their concerns are heard and directed to the appropriate faculty, staff, administrator, principal, pastor, or other responsible party.
  • Facilitate communication among families and appropriate school personnel when concerns arise.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive student and family matters.
  • Monitor retention trends and provide administration with regular feedback regarding common concerns, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements

Recruitment
