Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking a Director of Program Management and Operations to steer the execution of the Search, Discovery, and Content AI initiatives and to own the operating foundation of the business.

You will lead a team, partner with Product and Engineering leadership, and ensure the organization remains focused on the right priorities. This role has real ownership and impact, shaping not just what gets delivered, but how the organization operates and scales over time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technical programs, business operations, or both within a product organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven people management experience leading senior program managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with engineering teams on complex systems and platforms.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment with multiple senior partners and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering meaningful outcomes through influence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale technical program management across high-priority cross-functional initiatives across geographies.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of senior and principal technical program managers.
• Own the operating rhythm: planning cycles, headcount planning, budget oversight, and execution tracking.
• Be a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, and business leaders; design leadership meetings and cross-functional workshops.
