Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading platform, developer-tools, or agentic AI engineering teams.
• Strong background in production agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and agent evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Available to work at the Seattle corporate headquarters at least 4 days per week.

• Experience designing or enforcing policy-as-code controls in a regulated or high-stakes environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Available to work at the Seattle corporate headquarters at least 4 days per week.
