Cindavi is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the development of a nuclear fuel recycling facility, from preliminary design through licensing, procurement, and construction.

You’ll build a new engineering team, set technical standards, and develop practical solutions for complex challenges. The role offers a six-month remote period, after which relocation to the future facility within the United States is required with relocation assistance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience with leadership of technical teams.
• Experience in nuclear, oil and gas, or large-scale chemical processing environments with safety/regulatory requirements.
• Ability to review and challenge detailed engineering work.
• Experience in NRC/DOE-regulated facilities is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team with high execution standards.
• Direct engineering design and development for a nuclear chemical processing facility, overseeing scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead hazard assessments, risk evaluations, and regulatory reviews for safe, cost-effective designs.
• Partner with licensing, operations, and technical teams to support NRC licensing and construction progress.
• Transition early-stage tech to a scalable commercial operation while driving urgent market delivery.
