Job summary

Cindavi seeks an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the development of a nuclear fuel recycling facility, from preliminary design through licensing, procurement, and construction. You will build an engineering team, set technical standards, and drive practical solutions for complex engineering challenges.

The role offers remote work for six months, after which relocation to the future facility location in the United States is required with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience in nuclear or large-scale chemical processing environments with safety/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team with high execution standards.
• Direct engineering design and development for a nuclear chemical processing facility, including schedules and budgets.
• Lead complex technical decisions, reviews, hazard analyses, and risk evaluations.
