You will drive engineering execution, partner with Operations and Marketing, mentor talent, and build a culture of accountability and innovation.

The role offers a salary range of $173,000–$220,000 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading Mechanical, Electrical, Systems and Software Engineering teams.
• Strong track record in managing multiple high-priority programs across cost, schedule and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams (ME, EE, Systems, Software).
• Own engineering execution across full product lifecycle: requirements, architecture, design, and production.
• Deliver multiple concurrent development and customer-specific programs to schedule and cost targets.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations on requirements reviews, configuration, quoting, and order execution.
• Plan and allocate engineering resources aligned with priorities and build schedules.
