This highly visible role oversees Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Software Engineering teams and drives execution across multiple concurrent development and customer‑driven programs.
The Senior Director partners closely with Operations, Marketing, Technology, Product Support, and Supply Chain to translate customer and market requirements into robust, manufacturable products that meet schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline required; Master’s degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in complex capital equipment or related industries, including 7+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
The expected salary range for this position is $236,000-$300,000, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job‑related factors when determining your pay.
