Qualifikationen

• Lead engineering and maintenance activities across operations, production, construction or maintenance sites.
• Coordinate relationships with other sites and departments to align goals.
• Oversee budget planning and cost optimization for area initiatives.
• Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to health, safety, and environmental rules.
• Develop talent and performance plans, providing coaching and training as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement and lean thinking across the engineering team.
