Job summary

Hovione, a global CDMO, seeks an Associate Operator in New Jersey to support manufacturing of pharmaceutical products and highly potent compounds. You will follow GMP/HSE guidelines, operate and monitor equipment, and maintain documentation with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include executing production tasks, ensuring proper calibration and labeling, and collaborating with teams to drive continuous improvements while adhering to schedules and costumer requirements.

Qualifications

• Mandatory manufacturing/production experience.
• Knowledge of process systems used in fine chemicals/pharma operations.
• Completion of Operator training is mandatory.
• Understanding of GMP/HSE regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute production/HSE activities per procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation under supervision.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and labeled correctly.
• Maintain clean, organized facilities and participate in audits.
