Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or a relevant technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant product development experience (Military products preferred).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Sensor integration experience.
• Earned Value Management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to implement departmental strategic goals and monitor progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills and use of information for timely decisions.
• Ability to lead and inspire staff and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of the C5ISR engineering team to deliver programs and products.
• Engage with technical customers and government labs to establish projects.
• Staff programs with qualified resources and develop cost, schedule and technical baselines.
• Oversee workforce development, hiring, and performance management.
• Communicate across units to ensure clear assignments, priorities, and collaboration.
• Build trust and drive cost effectiveness and efficiency within the team.
