nTop is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the platform engineering teams responsible for modeling, rendering, simulation, and distributed computing. The role reports to the CTO and owns how the platform roadmap is executed, including coordinating with product managers and AI partners.

You will drive a transformation to an AI-native software development lifecycle, scale engineering management, and ensure delivery of the next-generation product while keeping current offerings shipping.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading engineering organizations with multiple teams.
• Proven track record making an engineering organization faster and more automated.
• Experience delivering zero-to-one products while maintaining existing products.

Responsabilités

• Own execution of the platform roadmap from CTO direction to shipping software.
• Lead and grow the engineering management team with coaching and discipline.
• Drive the shift to AI-assisted development across platform teams.
• Accelerate end-to-end delivery by removing process delays and automating tests.
