Founded by ex-Palantir and ex-Pentagon, and backed by leading investors such as First Round Capital and BoxGroup, they're building a new layer of defensive infrastructure—designed from first principles to meet the threats legacy systems can't.

What we're looking for...

• 5+ years in a management/director role
• Deep technical background with strong systems and security intuition
• Product-minded engineering leader who can translate business goals into technical execution
• Experience managing managers and scaling high-performing teams
• Hands-on ability to step into technical work when needed (not just a people manager)
• Proven success building engineering processes, roadmaps, and team structure from scratch
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems and how they intersect with modern security challenges
• Strong organizational leadership: able to run the engineering org while directly leading one of the teams
• Self-starter who proactively identifies gaps, drives alignment, and keeps teams accountable
• Experience with hiring, team growth, and org design (growing from 13 to 20+ engineers)
