Role & Responsibilities
LOCATION: United States (Remote)
This Director of Engineering will lead teams responsible for building and delivering user-facing data products and services. We are seeking a highly technical and motivated leader who sets an extremely high bar for quality and possesses both broad system knowledge and deep expertise in relevant technologies, including Golang for scalable backends and HTMX/modern UI development for responsive user interfaces that deliver critical data insights. Experience in Ad-Tech is a significant plus for this pivotal role focused on building high-performance teams and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful products.

What We Offer
This position has a salary range of $202,000 - $225,000 + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
