Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of AI Product Strategy & Growth to shape the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of AI products, remotely from the United States. You will partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to translate strategy into capabilities that drive adoption, expansion, and measurable business impact.

You will lead executive governance with clear performance visibility for senior leadership. The role requires 12–15 years in product management, including 3+ years at the director

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in product management, including 3+ years at the Director level overseeing AI-enabled or data-driven products.
• Proven experience presenting to and engaging with senior- or C-level leadership.
• Background in management consulting or IT services, with expertise in executive governance processes.
• Demonstrated success in product-led growth, with focus on activation, adoption, or retention metrics.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, AI Product Strategy & Growth to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This leader will shape the strategy and roadmap for an AI product portfolio, balancing market opportunity with measurable business impact. The role partners closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to translate strategy into product capabilities that drive adoption and expansion. You will also lead executive governance, bringing clear performance visibility to senior leadership and defending prioritization decisions with data.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the AI product portfolio, prioritizing based on market opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to translate strategy into actionable product capabilities
• Lead executive governance meetings, preparing performance reports and defending roadmap decisions
