Job summary

State Farm is hiring an experienced Technology Director to lead Enterprise Endpoint Services. You will shape the long-term endpoint strategy, drive modernization, and oversee deployment across PCs, virtual desktops, and mobile devices.

The role requires deep engineering expertise, strategic technology leadership, and a track record of building scalable, secure platforms while collaborating across security, architecture, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise endpoint engineering, workplace infrastructure, or workplace technology services.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale endpoint environments for tens of thousands of devices.
• Proven success leading enterprise modernization and platform engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Endpoint Services strategy aligned to technology vision and business objectives.
• Define multi-year roadmaps for endpoint engineering, lifecycle management, automation, security, and modernization.
• Lead modernization initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and security of endpoints.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive strategic investments to reduce complexity and debt.
• Provide enterprise leadership for endpoint engineering capabilities and deployment workflows.
• Lead teams designing, building, securing, and improving enterprise endpoint platforms.
• Oversee lifecycle management from planning to deployment and hardware refresh.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, procurement, and vendors to address compliance and risk.
• Drive automation and standardization for secure software deployment across endpoints.
