Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education, Business, Communications, HR or related fields.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in career development or HR recruiting.
• At least three years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, logistics, marketing, and assessment of employer events.
• Develop departmental strategy with the Hegi Leadership Team.
• Direct staff during event planning and track OCR data.
• Coordinate with recruiters and campus partners for on-campus interviews.
• Oversee major programs like All Majors Career & Internship Fair and SMU Board Fellows.
• Manage department operations, budget, and staffing.
