Job summary

Tulsa Educare Inc. is seeking a proactive Human Resources professional focused on employee relations, investigations, and policy development. You will manage workplace concerns, coordinate investigations, and guide leadership on performance and compliance matters.

The role requires collaboration across departments, strong communication, and a commitment to safeguarding a respectful, compliant work environment for staff and families served by the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in human resources, employee relations, workplace investigations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employee matters, conducting or supporting workplace investigations, advising supervisors, and interpreting or applying workplace policies.
• Preferred experience: developing HR policies, supporting compliance initiatives, and managing performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee concerns, complaints, grievances, and workplace issues from intake through resolution, including investigations and documenting findings.
• Serve as an objective HR resource to employees and leaders in addressing workplace conflict and policy questions.
• Coordinate with leadership to evaluate investigation findings and determine follow-up actions.
• Provide guidance on conflict resolution, workplace expectations, and appropriate employee interactions.
• Identify trends and risks; recommend strategies to address issues and strengthen practices.
• Promote a culture of trust, accountability, and policy consistency.
• Oversee performance management processes and supervisor coaching.
• Develop tools and training for supervisors on employee relations and policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Head Start requirements.
