Job summary

Tulsa Educare is seeking a Director of Family Services in Tulsa, OK to oversee enrollment, community outreach, family health, and program compliance. You will manage a six-person team and drive family engagement strategies using data to improve outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of supervisory experience in an Educare setting, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Child & Family Development, Early Childhood, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum two years of supervisory/management experience in Educare or related setting
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with families and partners
• Experience leading diverse teams and community partners to improve family outcomes
• Knowledge of data-driven program development and compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, and orientation of children and families
• Conduct tours for applicants and community partners as needed
• Develop a system for transitioning children into the program with materials translated into families’ home language
• Lead family engagement initiatives based on data from family and child assessments
• Develop community partnerships and represent Educare at events; connect families to resources
• Ensure compliance with state and federal standards including DHS licensing, NAEYC accreditation, and CACFP
• Coach and develop a six-person Family Services team and oversee performance evaluations and staff development
• Collaborate with the School Director on program development and continuous improvement
