A leading organization seeks a Director of Employee Relations to enhance HR strategies and compliance. This hybrid role involves supervising the Business Partner team, driving people and culture initiatives, and managing employee relations within a collaborative environment focused on diversity and inclusion.
The salary range for this Hybrid position is at $90,000 - $130,000 annually. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.
This is a Hybrid position. You must have the ability to travel locally to branches, camps and program sites on a regular basis.
1. Job Summary:
The Director of Employee Relations is to serve as a strategic business partner and provide leadership related to policies and procedures, compliance, employee relations and project management. The incumbent directs the work of the People and Culture Business Partner team in providing high level service in alignment with the mission and business plan. This is a hands-on role, responsible for both team and client portfolio management.

The incumbent interacts regularly with all levels of management including Senior Leadership, Branch Executives, and Program Directors as well as team members. The incumbent is responsible for directly supervising the People and Culture Business Partners.
