Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required or seven+ years of related experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Emergency Department.
• Collaborates with medical and nursing leadership to improve throughput and patient experience.
• Monitors performance metrics and implements improvement strategies.
• Partners with hospital leadership to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Directs emergency preparedness planning and disaster response readiness.
