The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, analytics, UX, product, and operations teams to develop data-driven campaigns and testing plans that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic email marketing experience in customer acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA is a bonus.
• Ability to translate business strategy into marketing initiatives.
• Proven track record in acquisition campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define annual email remarketing strategy and plans to increase leads and .com visitors to booked loans.
• Develop and implement email testing frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Lead with executives and business leaders; define audiences and briefs.
• Deliver campaigns and expansion beyond email in collaboration with analytics, UX, and product teams.
• Provide reporting and insights to guide future test strategy.
