BenefitHub is seeking a hands-on Director of Email & Lifecycle Marketing to own 40+ weekly campaigns and automated journeys across 22 markets. You will shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and partner with Ad Sales and Merchant teams to drive monetization while protecting the member experience.

In this senior role, you’ll optimize deliverability, testing, and targeting, report performance to leadership, and translate data into best practices for cross-functional teams, including the VP

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing in a high-volume program.
• Experience monetizing newsletters or email audiences via sponsorships or affiliate revenue.
• Expertise in deliverability, compliance, and reputation management.
• Leadership of a growing email marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global 22-market newsletter strategy and calendar.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, testing, and optimization.
• Advise ad sales and merchant teams on inventory, placement, and monetization.
• Ensure deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance across markets.
