Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in electrical engineering, operations, and supply chain.
• Experience managing sourcing teams for at least 3-5 years.
• Familiarity with inbound logistics and electromechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of commodity managers and sourcing program managers.
• Develop and implement the inbound logistics and procurement strategy.
• Source and qualify power conversion equipment across multiple suppliers.
